There is no shortage of materials for learning the trade out there. Anyone can easily pick up a For Idiot’s or For dummy’s book, or find plenty of free lessons provided in the world wide web.

I created the web page because I was asked to teach photography to few of my friends, who were elder in age, and found the widely available books and materials daunting. While I am doing it, I though it would be good to organise my materials and post it on the web, so that more people can benefit from it.

This site will be updated progressively as the lesson goes on, and information added as I find the answers to questions raised by my old friends deemed interested by others.

I am no pro, however, I do know a thing or two about photography, as I have been taking photos for many years. But, If you have picked up any mistake, misleading information in my web, or if you simply have different opinion about the material or my approach, please feel free to drop a few lines in the feed back form. I would appreciated it.
